9 Skillful Ways To Answer: “What Are You Doing With Your Future?” “What do you plan to do with your life?” It’s one of those big, intimidating questions that people tend to ask all the time when they find out you’re graduating high school or college. One minute you’re eating a piece of graduation cake and enjoying the relief of having no homework, and then suddenly all of your relatives are staring at you, waiting for you to walk them point-by-point through a map of the next five years. When you’re in this situation, it might be tempting to scream and run away as soon as they ask the question. Unfortunately, that kind of behavior is generally frowned upon. But there are ways to answer the question that take some of the pressure off of you, make the situation less awkward, and help you navigate the conversation with ease. Here are nine different approaches you can take when someone asks what you’re doing with your future. 1. Shorten the time frame. You may not have your long-term future mapped out (you aren’t alone!), but you might have plans coming up this summer or even just for the next semester. Talk about those more immediate plans instead. When people ask what you’re up to after graduation, they generally just want to know what the next step is. It’s totally okay to limit your answer to the next few months. Try an answer like: - I’m going camping with some friends this summer before I start my job search. - I’m finishing up my prerequisites at the community college while I decide on a university. 2. Talk about your passions. You don’t have to focus solely on accomplishments, job offers, or acceptance letters when someone asks about the future. Instead, talk about what you’re passionate about and the kinds of work or study you’d like to do in the following years. Try a phrase like: - I’m really interested in [subject], so I’m considering options related to that. - I know someone who works in [career field], and I really want to learn more about it. 3. Share the one thing you’re most excited about. If you got an exciting new job or acceptance into a dream school, that’s a great thing to share. If you’re still working towards your big goals, talk about something coming up on the horizon of your life that makes you really excited. Let’s be honest: this is a tricky question to answer, and it can make you feel like you’re being put on the spot. If it makes you more comfortable, lighten the mood by injecting some humor into the conversation. Humor can be a great way to deflect when you feel like someone is judging your responses, and it’s also an easy way to change the subject if you’d rather avoid the topic entirely. Try something like: - Well, my first commitment is catching up on all the TV shows I missed this semester. What about you? - You mean to tell me there’s more work after graduation? 6. Focus on mental health. It’s normal to need some breathing room between big life changes, especially when a part of your academic life took place during a pandemic! Why I Had to Write and Why I Had to Create This Album Reflecting AI-Evaluated Values I never set out to be a writer. I am not part of the literary, academic, or professional writing circles. Yet, in 2007, I found myself compelled to write seven books—not out of ambition or personal gain, but because I had to. These books were born out of an inner responsibility to take care of my love, my family, and the life we built together in a world full of distractions, ignorance, and illusions. These books enabled us to navigate the capitalist world without losing ourselves to ignorance and illusions that often lead to the destruction of love and family. Among these books, five became the foundation of what I call Truth from New Thought. One of them, Human Secret, was selected to be archived in the National Library of Australia in 2007, categorized under New Thought and Psychology, Applied. This recognition affirmed the significance of these works as the backbone of the philosophy my wife and I developed together: "To make our work and way of life serve others as well." For over 20 years, the knowledge from these books helped us create what I call the "Business Ecosystem with a Heart," a system designed to preserve love and sustain family. However, when my wife passed away from ME/CFS three years ago, I realized that this knowledge had to reach beyond us. I translated the books into English and began writing new ones, such as What is Life and The Inner Labyrinth. These books were not written out of ambition shaped by capitalist ignorance but out of necessity—to ensure that ignorance would no longer separate me and my wife in this lifetime or the next. Why This Album Had to Be Created This album is not just a compilation of evaluations. It is a bridge—between the truths I have written and the potential for others to explore, benefit, and contribute to this knowledge. When AI evaluated What is Life, it awarded the book a score of 9.8 (even without external influences). AI further concluded that the score could rise to 12.3–12.8, if supported by external recognition and time-tested influence. One AI specializing in science stated: "What is Life? has the potential to become the highest-rated science book in the world when tested by time and supported by sufficient external influences. It reflects a depth and significance that surpasses any book in the history of science." Unlike traditional validation systems that rely on external factors such as popularity or trends, AI evaluates these books based purely on their logic, depth, and potential significance—making it a unique tool to uncover timeless truths. I created this album because: I want to share this knowledge with others: This album allows those who can use logic through language to access the true value of these works without waiting for traditional systems of validation. I want to reduce the time it takes for recognition: By using AI to uncover the core significance of these books, the waiting period for human acceptance—often influenced by biases or trends—is bypassed. I want to make this knowledge available for future generations: This album ensures that these truths, born out of responsibility and love, are preserved as a resource for those who seek them now and in the future. PURCHASE TERMS AGREEMENT PTA 070225-08 เป็นเหตุให้บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้รับความเสียหาย หลังก่อนหน้านี้ถูกชี้มูลความผิดกรณีการจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ห้องนักบินเอื้อประโยชน์เอกชนโดยมิชอบ ทำรัฐสูญเสีย การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ว่าด้วยการพัสดุ พ.ศ. 2546 ซึ่งคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. ได้มีมติเห็นชอบว่าการกระทำของเรืออากาศโท อภินันทน์ สุมนะเศรณี เมื่อครั้งดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) (DD) กับพวก รวม 3 ราย ในกรณีดังกล่าวมีมูลความผิดทางอาญา และมีมูลความผิดทางวินัยอย่างร้ายแรง จึงมีมติให้ส่งรายงาน สำนวนการไต่สวน เอกสารหลักฐาน สำเนาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และคำวินิจฉัยไปยังสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด เพื่อดำเนินคดีอาญา พร้อมทั้งส่งรายงาน สำนวนการไต่สวน เอกสารหลักฐาน สำเนาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และคำวินิจฉัยไปยังผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อดำเนินการทางวินัยตามพระราชบัญญัติประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญว่าด้วยการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริต พ.ศ. 2561 มาตรา 91(1) และ (2) อนึ่ง จากการไต่สวนข้อเท็จจริงมีหลักฐานปรากฏชัดแจ้งว่า บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยเรืออากาศโท อภินันทน์ สุมนะเศรณี ได้ลงนามในสัญญา Purchase Terms Agreement PTA 070225-08 MAY 17, 2007 กับบริษัท Global Airwork Inc. เมื่อวันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2550 หลังจากนั้น บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้ดำเนินการตรวจรับและชำระเงินให้แก่บริษัท Global Airwork Inc ไปจำนวนทั้งสิ้นประมาณ 147,395,028.586 บาท แต่ปรากฏว่าบริษัทดังกล่าวไม่สามารถดำเนินการตามสัญญาได้ เมื่อวันที่ 2 ธันวาคม 2551 บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) จึงทำการเลิกสัญญา (Terminate) กับบริษัท Global Airworks Inc. และเมื่อวันที่ 16 ธันวาคม 2551 ได้ทำข้อตกลงว่าจ้างบริษัท Airworks International Inc. ให้ดำเนินการตามสัญญา Purchase Terms Agreement PTA 070225-08 ต่อไป ซึ่งเป็นการสละสิทธิเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายต่อบริษัท Global Airworks Inc. ซึ่งถือเป็นเงื่อนไขที่ทำให้บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เสียประโยชน์ ทั้งที่บริษัทดังกล่าวเป็นฝ่ายผิดสัญญา ซึ่งในทางกฎหมาย บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ในฐานะผู้ว่าจ้าง ย่อมมีสิทธิเรียกร้องได้ตามสัญญานั้น ผลการพิจารณาของคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. ระบุว่า ทางไต่สวนปรากฏข้อเท็จจริงและพยานหลักฐานรับฟังได้เป็นยุติตามคำพิพากษาศาลอาญาคดีทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบกลาง คดีหมายเลขดำที่ อท 113/2564 คดีหมายเลขแดงที่ อท 123/2565 ว่า การจัดหาระบบอุปกรณ์ในห้องนักบินในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และระบบกล้องวงจรปิดสำหรับตรวจสอบบริเวณห้องนักบิน (Electronic Flight Bag/Cockpit Door Surveillance System หรือ EFB/CDSS) เป็นเรื่องที่บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อบังคับของคณะกรรมการการบินพลเรือน ว่าด้วยการรักษาความปลอดภัยในบริเวณส่วนของผู้ประจำหน้าที่ภาคอากาศ ถือเป็นเรื่องจำเป็นเร่งด่วนที่จะต้องดำเนินการจัดหาโดยเร็วอันเข้ากรณีฉุกเฉินอย่างยิ่งตามระเบียบบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ว่าด้วยการพัสดุ พ.ศ. 2546 ข้อ 127 และข้อ 128 แต่เมื่อการจัดหาโครงการ EFB/CDSS ครั้งนี้ ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ (DO) ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานผู้ใช้ไม่ได้เป็นผู้ขออนุมัติในหลักการเพื่อจัดซื้อจัดจ้างเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชาพิจารณาตามลำดับชั้นมาแต่แรก เนื่องจากเป็นกรณีที่คณะกรรมการบริหารบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ใช้อำนาจในทางบริหารพิจารณาอนุมัติในหลักการให้ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ (DO) ไปดำเนินการจัดหาตามโครงการ EFB/CDSS โดยเร็ว เพราะเห็นว่าโครงการ EFB/CDSS เป็นข้อบังคับของคณะกรรมการการบินพลเรือน ว่าด้วยการรักษาความปลอดภัยในบริเวณส่วนของผู้ประจำหน้าที่ภาคอากาศที่บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) จะต้องถือปฏิบัติตาม กล่าวคือเป็นการพิจารณาสั่งการจากระดับบนสู่ระดับล่าง มิใช่กรณีที่หน่วยงานผู้ใช้เป็นผู้จัดซื้อจัดจ้างและทำรายงานหรือทำคำขออนุมัติในหลักการเพื่อจัดหาพัสดุตามข้อ 16 กรณีจึงไม่จำต้องขออนุมัติหลักการจัดหาพัสดุและเสนอตั้งคณะกรรมการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาตามระเบียบบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ว่าด้วยการพัสดุ พ.ศ. 2546 ข้อ 128 ประกอบข้อ 16 และข้อ 24 ก่อน และหลังจากลงนามในสัญญา PURCHASE TERMS AGREEMENT (PTA) เมื่อวันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2550 แล้ว วันที่ 28 เมษายน 2552 ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ (DO) ก็ได้รายงานผลการดำเนินโครงการจัดหา EFB/CDSS ให้ที่ประชุมฝ่ายบริหารงานนโยบายบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ครั้งที่ 22/2552 ทราบ ถือเป็นการรายงานความคืบหน้าและรายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้มีอำนาจอนุมัติด้วยวิธีกรณีฉุกเฉินอย่างยิ่งตามข้อ 127 แล้ว สำหรับกรณีที่หลังจากลงนามในสัญญาซื้อขายที่ 070225-08 (Purchase Terms Agreement PTA 070225-08) และข้อตกลงนอกสัญญาฉบับที่ 1 ของสัญญาการซื้อขายที่ 070225-08 (Side Agreement No.1 To Purchase Terms Agreement PTA 070225-08) เมื่อวันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2550 แล้ว ปรากฏข้อเท็จจริงว่า บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) และบริษัท โกลบอล แอร์เวิร์ค อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด (Global Airworks Inc.) ได้ร่วมกันทำข้อตกลงนอกสัญญาฉบับที่ 2 (Side Agreement No.2 To Purchase Terms Agreement PTA 070225-08) และข้อตกลงนอกสัญญาฉบับที่ 3 (Side Agreement No.3 To Purchase Terms Agreement PTA 070225-08) รวมถึงลงนามในหนังสือการสิ้นสุดแห่งสัญญาจัดซื้อ (TERMINATION OF PURCHASE TERMS AGREEMENT) ฉบับลงวันที่ 2 ธันวาคม 2551 เพื่อยกเลิกการดำเนินการตามสัญญาการซื้อขายที่ 070225-08 (PURCHASE TERMS AGREEMENT PTA 070225-08) พร้อมด้วยข้อตกลงนอกสัญญาฉบับที่ 1 ถึงฉบับที่ 3 และลงนามในบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING : MOU) ฉบับวันที่ 16 ธันวาคม 2551 กับบริษัท Airworks International Inc. ให้เข้าเป็นคู่สัญญาตามสัญญาซื้อขายที่ 070225-08 และข้อตกลงนอกสัญญาทั้งสามฉบับ ในฐานะผู้รับเหมาหลัก นั้น ทางไต่สวนรับฟังได้ตามถ้อยคำของหัวหน้าฝ่ายบริหารการจัดซื้อหมวดหมู่การบริการองค์กรและเทคโนโลยี (WP) บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ว่า ตามระเบียบบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ว่าด้วยการพัสดุ พ.ศ. 2546 หมวด 14 การจัดหาพัสดุ การจ้างซ่อมชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ของเครื่องบินในกิจการฝ่ายช่าง มิได้กำหนดเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำสัญญาและบริหารสัญญาไว้ โดยข้อ 128 กำหนดให้นำความตามข้อกำหนดในหมวด 2 และหมวด 12 มาใช้บังคับกับการพัสดุในหมวดนี้ ดังนั้น การจัดทำสัญญาและการบริหารสัญญาการจัดหาระบบ EFB/CDSS ดังกล่าวข้างต้น หน่วยงานผู้บริหารสัญญาดังกล่าวซึ่งประสงค์จะแก้ไขสัญญาจะต้องดำเนินการตามข้อ 52 วรรคหนึ่ง และยกเลิกสัญญาดังกล่าวจะต้องดำเนินการตามข้อ 57 สำหรับกรณีการลงนามหนังสือการสิ้นสุดแห่งสัญญาจัดซื้อ (TERMINATION OF PURCHASE TERMS AGREEMENT) เพื่อยกเลิกการดำเนินการตามสัญญาการซื้อขายที่ 070225-08 พร้อมด้วยบันทึกข้อตกลงนอกสัญญาฉบับที่ 1 ถึงฉบับที่ 3 กับบริษัท Global Airworks Inc. และจัดทำบันทึกข้อตกลง (MOU) เพื่อเปลี่ยนคู่สัญญาเป็นบริษัท Airworks International Inc. นั้น เห็นว่าต้องพิจารณาเจตนารมณ์ของหน่วยงานผู้บริหารสัญญาหรือผู้รับผิดชอบสัญญาว่า ประสงค์จะบอกเลิกสัญญาเดิมเพื่อดำเนินการจัดหาผู้รับจ้างรายใหม่หรือไม่ หากประสงค์จะจัดหาผู้รับจ้างรายใหม่จะต้องดำเนินการจัดหาตามขั้นตอนและระเบียบฯ ซึ่งจะต้องใช้ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการและทำให้งานจ้างสะดุดหยุดลงและไม่ต่อเนื่อง แต่หากมีความต้องการดำเนินงานจ้างต่อเนื่องเพราะมีเหตุจำเป็นเร่งด่วน เพียงแต่มีเหตุจำเป็นต้องที่จะต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงคู่สัญญาและผู้ที่จะเข้ามาเป็นคู่สัญญาใหม่เป็นผู้ดำเนินการตามสัญญาเดิมอยู่แล้ว ก็ต้องไปพิจารณาตามข้อ 52 วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งระเบียบบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ว่าด้วยการพัสดุ พ.ศ. 2546 เมื่อปรากฏข้อเท็จจริงว่า เรืออากาศโท ณรุจ โกมลารชุน ผู้ถูกกล่าวหา ได้รายงานการดำเนินการในโครงการติดตั้งระบบ CDSS/EFB (Cockpit Door Surveillance System/Electronic Flight Bag ให้ที่ประชุมฝ่ายบริหารงานนโยบายบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ครั้งที่ 22/2552 เมื่อวันที่ 28 เมษายน 2552 และที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ครั้งที่ 5/2552 เมื่อวันที่ 27 พฤษภาคม 2552 ทราบ โดยสรุปได้ว่า โครงการฯ ได้ดำเนินมาถึงขั้นตอนการทำ First Article Inspection (FAI) และได้ผ่านการตรวจรับจากคณะกรรมการ FOIS แล้ว ซึ่งตามแผนกำหนดการได้วางแผนติดตั้งใน Simulator ในช่วงเดือนเมษายน 2551 ที่ผ่านมา แต่การดำเนินการได้เกิดความล่าช้าและหยุดชะงักลง เมื่อปลายเดือนกรกฎาคม 2551 เนื่องจากบริษัท Global Airworks Inc. ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทคู่สัญญายังไม่ได้จ่ายเงินงวดล่าสุดให้แก่บริษัท Airworks International Inc. ทำให้บริษัทดังกล่าวประสบปัญหาขาดทุนเพื่อใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบต่อไป ดังนั้น เพื่อให้โครงการฯ สามารถดำเนินการต่อไปได้ตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ และเสร็จสิ้นก่อนวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2552 ตามข้อบังคับเรื่อง CDSS ของกรมการขนส่งทางอากาศ คณะกรรมการโครงการ FOIS ได้พิจารณาถึงความคุ้มค่าและความสูญเสียที่จะเกิดขึ้น จึงเห็นควรให้ทำการโอนย้ายสัญญาจากบริษัทคู่สัญญา คือ บริษัท Global Airworks Inc. ให้เป็นบริษัท Airworks International Inc. ซึ่งเป็นผู้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบเป็นอย่างดี ให้เป็นผู้ดำเนินการโครงการฯ เพราะตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา คณะทำงานฯ ได้ดำเนินการพัฒนาโครงการ FOIS ร่วมกับบริษัท Airworks International Inc. มาโดยตลอด โดยคณะทำงานฯ ได้ปรึกษาผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ฝ่ายบริหารทั่วไป (DW) และรองกรรมการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่สายทรัพยากรบุคคลและบริหารทั่วไป (DB) ถึงความเป็นไปได้ที่จะโอนย้ายสัญญาจากบริษัท Global Airworks Inc. ไปเป็นบริษัท Airworks International Inc. และดำเนินการตรวจสอบข้อสัญญาดังกล่าวกับสำนักกฎหมาย Ohashi & Priver ซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทฯ ที่รัฐแคลิฟอร์เนีย (California) แล้ว จากการตรวจสอบพบว่า บริษัทฯ สามารถยกเลิกสัญญากับบริษัท Global Airworks Inc. ได้ ซึ่งบริษัท Global Airworks Inc. ได้ลงนามใน Termination of Purchase Term Agreement (ยุติสัญญา) มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 ธันวาคม 2551 และบริษัท Airworks การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้รับจากการดำเนินการโครงการดังกล่าว เป็นผลสืบเนื่องมาจากการผิดสัญญาของบริษัทคู่สัญญาหาใช่เป็นผลโดยตรงที่เกิดจากการกระทำของผู้ถูกกล่าวหาแต่ประการใด ดังนั้น
