โคราชแชมป์บัตรโหวตโน ตรังเทียบผู้มาใช้สิทธิสูงสุด การเลือกตั้งนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด (นายก อบจ.) 47 จังหวัด และสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด (ส.อบจ.) ทั่วประเทศ เมื่อวันที่ 1 ก.พ.ที่ผ่านมา พบว่ามีผู้มาใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้ง 16,362,185 คน คิดเป็น 58.45% ของจำนวนผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง 27,991,587 คน และเป็นที่น่าสังเกตว่ามีบัตรไม่เลือกผู้สมัครผู้ใด หรือโหวตโน 1,158,201 ใบ คิดเป็น 7.08% ของจำนวนผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งทั้งประเทศ สาเหตุหลักคือ ไม่มีผู้สมัครรายใดโดนใจประชาชน จากการรวบรวมข้อมูลผลการเลือกตั้งนายก อบจ. 47 จังหวัด พบว่ามี 4 จังหวัดที่ไม่เปิดเผยคะแนนโหวตโนต่อสาธารณะ ได้แก่ พิจิตร บึงกาฬ นครนายก และกระบี่ ส่วนจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภูมีเฉพาะข้อมูลดิบ ไม่มีการรวมจำนวนมาให้ ซึ่งข้อมูลเหล่านี้อยู่ในประกาศ กกต.จังหวัด เรื่อง ผลการนับคะแนนเลือกตั้ง หรือแบบฟอร์ม ส.ถ./ผ.ถ. 5/8 ที่ประธานและกรรมการ กกต.จังหวัดลงนามก่อนส่งไปยัง กกต.กลางเพื่อพิจารณารับรองผลการเลือกตั้ง ซึ่งมีหลายจังหวัดเผยแพร่เอกสารนี้ ส่วน 43 จังหวัดที่เหลือ จากการจัดอันดับพบว่า นครราชสีมา เป็นจังหวัดที่มีบัตรไม่เลือกผู้สมัครผู้ใดสูงสุด 110,934 ใบ หรือคิดเป็น 9.58% ของจำนวนบัตรไม่เลือกผู้สมัครผู้ใดทั้งประเทศ รองลงมาคือ สงขลา 86,855 ใบ คิดเป็น 7.50% อันดับสาม ตรัง 63,333 ใบ คิดเป็น 5.47% อันดับสี่ เชียงใหม่ 57,625 ใบ คิดเป็น 4.98% อันดับห้า บุรีรัมย์ 51,525 ใบ คิดเป็น 4.45% อันดับหก นครปฐม 49,395 ใบ คิดเป็น 4.26% อันดับเจ็ด เชียงราย 43,406 ใบ คิดเป็น 3.75% อันดับแปด สมุทรปราการ 42,142 ใบ คิดเป็น 3.64% อันดับเก้า สระบุรี 39,017 ใบ คิดเป็น 3.37% และอันดับสิบ นนทบุรี 37,562 ใบ คิดเป็น 3.24% แต่หากเปรียบเทียบกับจำนวนผู้มาใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้ง พบว่า ตรัง เป็นจังหวัดที่มีร้อยละของบัตรไม่เลือกผู้สมัครผู้ใดสูงสุด 21.30% รองลงมาคือ ยะลา 13.05% (29,334 ใบ) อันดับสาม นครปฐม 12.90% อันดับสี่ สิงห์บุรี 12.76% (12,741 ใบ) อันดับห้า สงขลา 12.63% อันดับหก สระบุรี 12.31% อันดับเจ็ด ฉะเชิงเทรา 10.20% (34,612 ใบ) อันดับแปด นครราชสีมา 9.60% อันดับเก้า สตูล 9.56% (14,659 ใบ) และอันดับสิบ น่าน 9.12% (22,872 ใบ) สำหรับจังหวัดที่มีจำนวนบัตรไม่เลือกผู้สมัครผู้ใดน้อยที่สุด (ไม่รวมจังหวัดที่ไม่เปิดเผยตัวเลข) ได้แก่ ตราด 3,003 ใบ คิดเป็น 2.86% ของจำนวนผู้มาใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งทั้งจังหวัด ส่วนจังหวัดที่บัตรไม่เลือกผู้สมัครผู้ใดน้อยที่สุด เมื่อเทียบกับจำนวนผู้มาใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งทั้งจังหวัด ได้แก่ มหาสารคาม 4,526 ใบ คิดเป็น 2.41% #Newskit

นายจ้างสวนกลับ 'ทักษิณ' ขึ้นค่าแรงใจไม่แคบ แต่ภาครัฐไร้เยียวยา . การปราศรัยหาเสียงของ 'ทักษิณ ชินวัตร' อดีตนายกรัฐมนตรี ไม่ว่าจะพูดในเรื่องใดก็ล้วนแต่เป็นประเด็นแทบทั้งสิ้น ไม่เว้นแม้แต่เรื่องประเด็นเศรษฐกิจ โดยก่อนหน้านี้ระหว่างหาเสียงเลือกตั้งท้องถิ่นจังหวัดหนองคายได้พูดถึงปัญหาการขึ้นค่าแรงตอนหนึ่งว่า “ค่าแรงขอขึ้นไปแล้ว แต่มีคนขวางอยู่ คนพวกนี้ไม่รู้หัวใจทำด้วยอะไร ชอบจ้างคนค่าแรงถูก นายจ้างเฮงซวย แบบนี้ไม่น่ารัก นายจ้างต้องใจกว้างกับลูกจ้าง ลูกจ้างจะได้ทุ่มเททำงาน” ซึ่งจากประเด็นนี้เองทำให้ฝ่ายเอกชนออกมาตอบโต้ด้วยข้อเท็จจริงที่น่าสนใจ . นายอรรถยุทธ ลียะวณิช กรรมการค่าจ้างชุดที่ 22 (บอร์ดค่าจ้าง) ฝ่ายนายจ้าง อธิบายว่า ฝ่ายนายจ้างไม่ได้ขัดขวางการขึ้นค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำแต่อย่างใด แต่การปรับขึ้นค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำทั่วประเทศในบางอาชีพหรือบางกิจการนั้น ต้องพิจารณาตามความเหมาะสม และหลักเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายกำหนด . “ไม่ได้เกี่ยวกับฝ่ายนายจ้างใจกว้าง หรือใจแคบ ถ้าหากพิจารณาขึ้นค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำตามกฎหมาย ตัวเลขอาจจะไม่ถึง 400 บาทอยู่แล้ว แต่เราก็ยังให้มีการปรับขึ้นถึง 400 บาทไปในหลายๆจังหวัด แล้วอย่างนี้จะเรียกว่า ใจแคบอยู่อีกหรือ ทางฝ่ายนายจ้างก็ให้มีการปรับค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำมาโดยตลอดทุกปี ไม่เคยไม่ให้ปรับ แต่ว่าต้องปรับตามเกณฑ์และสูตรที่กฎหมาย คือ พระราชบัญญัติ (พ.ร.บ.) คุ้มครองแรงงาน พ.ศ.2541 กำหนดเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่เป็นการปรับตามอำเภอใจ” นายอรรถยุทธ กล่าว . นายอรรถยุทธ กล่าวต่อไปว่า ในส่วนของมาตรการที่ช่วยเหลือนายจ้างสถานประกอบการ จะต้องทวงถามไปถึงฝ่ายรัฐบาล แต่เบื้องต้นยังไม่เห็นรายละเอียดมาตรการการช่วยเหลือนายจ้างออกมา โดยนายจ้างที่อยู่ในจังหวัดที่มีกำหนดอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำเป็นวันละ 400 บาท ใน 4 จังหวัด และ 1 อำเภอ ได้แก่ ภูเก็ต ฉะเชิงเทรา ชลบุรี ระยอง และอ.เกาะสมุย จ.สุราษฎร์ธานี ก็อาจจะได้รับผลกระทบบ้าง . นางสาวศุภานัน ปลอดเหตุ กรรมการค่าจ้าง ฝ่ายนายจ้าง ยืนยันว่า ฝ่ายนายจ้างได้มองถึงภาพรวมภาวะเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ และความเป็นอยู่ของคนไทย โดยการประชุมพิจารณาการปรับค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำแต่ละครั้ง มีหน่วยงานหลายส่วนหารือกัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผู้แทนจากกระทรวงการคลัง ผู้แทนสำนักงานสภาพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ (สศช.) หรือสภาพัฒน์ และหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งก็เป็นการพิจารณาข้อมูลตัวเลขตามความเหมาะสมและตามกฎหมาย . “ทุกอย่างมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามสภาวะเศรษฐกิจที่เกิดขึ้นจริง ณ ขณะนั้น เราทำเพื่อลูกจ้างและประเทศชาติให้อยู่ได้ ไม่ได้ทำเพื่อนายจ้างฝ่ายเดียว ยังยืนยันว่าฝ่ายนายจ้างไม่ได้มีการขัดขวางแต่อย่างใด ทุกคนสนับสนุนให้ปรับตามสภาพเศรษฐกิจที่เป็นจริง ไม่ใช่ปรับค่าจ้างให้ตัวเลขสูง ลูกจ้างอยู่ได้ชั่วคราว นายจ้างอาจจะต้องปรับตัวหาวิธีการจ้างงานแบบใหม่ๆ หรืออาจจะไม่ใช้กำลังคนเป็นแรงงาน แล้วแรงงานจะอยู่อย่างไร” นางสาวศุภานัน กล่าว .............. รายชื่อผู้สาธิตการจำลองเหตุการณ์ตกเรือของ “แตงโม” จำนวน 6 คน ในวันนี้ (16 ม.ค.) . ผู้สาธิตแสดงเป็นคุณแตงโม 5 คน ตกน้ำคนละ 1 ครั้ง ได้แก่ 1. น้องเฟ-ริน วีรินท์ แก้วปุก มิสแกรนด์นครสววรค์ ส่วนสูง 167 ซม., น้ำหนัก 50 กก. 2. น้องปอย เฌอลินณ์ ไกรอารยะพัทธ์ มิสแกรนด์นครพนม ส่วนสูง 167 ซม., น้ำหนัก 50 กก. 3. น้องนิวหยก สุพรรณิการ์ นพรัตน์ มิสแกรนด์ชุมพร ส่วนสูง 172 ซม., น้ำหนัก 50 กก. 4. น้องฟ้าบาร์บี้ วิศัลย์ศยา ภคศุภกุล มิสแกรนด์เชียงใหม่ ส่วนสูง 166 ซม., น้ำหนัก 42 กก. 5. ครูลิต้า วีรินดา อัครวานิช ครูว่ายน้ำสอนนางเงือก ส่วนสูง 165 ซม., น้ำหนัก 49 กก. . โดยผู้สาธิตแสดงเป็น แซน คือ น้องหนูวรรณ กัลยาวรรณ เพ็ชร์อินทร์ มิสแกรนด์ฉะเชิงเทรา . อ.ปานเทพ พัวพงษ์พันธ์ ระบุว่า จะมีการนำทุกคนขึ้นเรือเพื่อทบทวนกระแสน้ำ หลังจากนั้นจะส่งทุกคนขึ้นบนเรือ พอขึ้นบนเรือแล้วจะกระโดดทีละคน จนจบที่น้องหนูวรรณ และครูลิต้า ซึ่งจะสลับบทบาทกันเป็น "แตงโม และแซน" นอกจากนี้ในท้ายที่สุดจะมีการรับ นพ.ธวัชชัย กาญจนรินทร์ เป็นคนสุดท้าย เพื่อทำให้คลายสงสัยของท่าทางการตกน้ำที่หลายคนยังสงสัยอยู่ . *หมายเหตุ : สำหรับ "แตงโม" ภัทรธิดา พัชรวีระพงษ์ นั้นในช่วงที่เกิดเหตุและเสียชีวิตน่าจะมีส่วนสูง 168 ซม. และ น้ำหนักราว 45 กก.

ย้อนรอย 20 ปีช้างป่าภูกระดึง ทำร้ายนักท่องเที่ยวดับ 5 การเสียชีวิตของ น.ส.จีรนันท์ ปัญญาประเสริฐยิ่ง อายุ 49 ปี นักท่องเที่ยวชาวจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา ถูกช้างป่าทำร้ายร่างกาย บริเวณเส้นทางหลังองค์พระพุทธเมตตา-น้ำตกเพ็ญพบใหม่ หลังศูนย์บริการนักท่องเที่ยววังกวาง อุทยานแห่งชาติภูกระดึง จ.เลย เมื่อเวลาประมาณ 09.47 น. ของวันที่ 11 ธ.ค. 2567 นับเป็นเหตุการณ์ที่เจ้าหน้าที่และนักท่องเที่ยวไม่มีใครคาดคิดมาก่อน หากย้อนกลับไปในรอบ 20 ปี มีผู้เสียชีวิตจากการถูกช้างป่าภูกระดึงทำร้ายร่างกายที่เป็นข่าว รวมแล้ว 5 ราย ได้แก่ วันที่ 25 ก.พ. 2547 เวลาประมาณ 04.00 น. พระประพนธ์ วิจาธโร อายุ 27 ปี และพระเฉลิมเกียรติ สิขันลโย อายุ 26 ปี ถูกช้างป่าทำร้ายจนมรณภาพ ขณะปักกลดพักอยู่ที่ลานพระแก้ว ห่างจากหน่วยพิทักษ์ป่าวังกวางประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร จากนั้นวันที่ 4 พ.ค. 2548 เวลาประมาณ 05.30 น. น.ส.สุคนธ์ ภัทรกรรม อายุ 50 ปี ถูกช้างป่าทำร้ายเสียชีวิต ห่างจากผานกแอ่น จุดชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นของภูกระดึง 150 เมตร และล่าสุดเมื่อ 11 ปีก่อน นายประเสริฐ ชุมพล อายุ 57 ปี พนักงานราชการ ตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่เก็บขยะ ถูกช้างป่าทำร้ายเสียชีวิต เมื่อวันที่ 5 ธ.ค. 2556 ขณะนำขยะเปียกทิ้งลงหลุมบริเวณบ่อทิ้งขยะ ห่างจากศูนย์บริการนักท่องเที่ยวประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร แม้ทางอุทยานฯ จะมีมาตรการเฝ้าระวัง โดยทุกเช้าจะจัดชุดเจ้าหน้าที่ออกลาดตระเวน ถ้าพบรอยเท้าช้างใหม่ หรือขี้ช้างใหม่ จะประกาศผ่านเสียงตามสายปิดเส้นทางนั้นทันที และตามแผนเผชิญเหตุถ้ามีช้างผ่านมา เจ้าหน้าที่จะจะส่งรถไถมาผลักดันช้าง ตามมาด้วยรถกระบะโฟร์วีลมารับนักท่องเที่ยว แต่ล่าสุดได้ประกาศปิดเส้นทางน้ำตกเพ็ญพบใหม่และทุกเส้นทางที่ช้างป่าออกมา พร้อมจัดเจ้าหน้าที่เฝ้าระวังพื้นที่เกิดเหตุและลาดตระเวนในจุดเสี่ยงอย่างเข้มข้น อีกปัญหาหนึ่งคือช้างป่าในจังหวัดเลยเพิ่มปริมาณทุกปี ทำให้แหล่งอาหารหากินไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของช้างป่า และออกไปหากินนอกเขต ข้อมูลจากสถานีวิจัยสัตว์ป่าภูหลวง เมื่อปี 2566 พบว่ามีช้างป่ามากกว่า 320 ตัว อาศัยในเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าภูหลวงเกือบ 200 ตัว อุทยานแห่งชาติภูกระดึง 65-70 ตัว เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าภูค้อภูกระแต 53 ตัว ออกมาหาแหล่งที่อยู่ใหม่และแหล่งอาหาร เข้าพื้นที่อำเภอภูกระดึง ภูเรือ ด่านซ้าย ภูหลวง ท่าลี่ หนองหิน และผาขาว สร้างผลกระทบ และสร้างความขัดแย้งระหว่างคนกับช้างป่าในพื้นที่ และเนื่องจากเป็นสัตว์ใหญ่ ถ้าไม่ได้กินก็มีอาการเครียด จากสถิติตั้งแต่เดือน ม.ค. ถึง ส.ค. 2566 ช้างป่าทำร้ายชาวบ้านเสียชีวิต 4 ราย และช้างป่าถูกยิงตาย 1 ตัว #Newskit
