    I'm 3 days into the plan and so far so good, I've used turmeric daily for many years now probably decades, and it's been good, however I am expecting better results from rosemary and clove.

    Non-dairy creamer... that means no dairy product, this is all chemicals,

    I can understand people enjoy coffee, and feeling little better when they drink coffee, but this coffee system... make the person much more tired 30 to 60 minutes after drinking this product...

    I would recommend a mild green tea, or some other herbal tea, sweetened with Organic stevia, this is very sweet, do not use other artificial sweeteners such as aspartame etc etc

    Also, if the mom does not have any allergies to fish or seafood, a quality fish oil from health food shop, for example Carlson's brand fish oil, this can quickly stabilize a person and give some good energy, the fish oil is good for the liver, and this is not the same like eating fried fish
