ไทยมี ‘เศรษฐกิจนอกระบบ’ ใหญ่เป็นอันดับ 8 ของโลก คิดเป็นราว 45% ของ GDP ไทย: รู้หรือไม่ว่า ประเทศไทยเป็นหนึ่งในประเทศที่มี ‘เศรษฐกิจนอกระบบ’ ใหญ่เป็นอันดับต้นๆ ของโลก เมื่อเปรียบเทียบสัดส่วนเศรษฐกิจกับ GDP ประเทศ ข้อมูลจาก KKP Research บอกว่า ‘เศรษฐกิจนอกระบบ’ ของไทยมีขนาดใหญ่ประมาณ 45% ของ GDP ประเทศ ใหญ่เป็นอันดับ 8 ของโลก

ดังนั้น จึงขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดของ ‘เศรษฐกิจนอกระบบ’ ในแต่ละประเทศด้วยว่าเหมาะสมไหม

ถ้าดูจากสถิติจะเห็นว่าประเทศที่พัฒนาแล้วจะมีเศรษฐกิจนอกระบบในสัดส่วนที่ต่ำมาก เพราะสามารถเคลื่อนย้ายเศรษฐกิจนอกระบบเข้ามาไว้ในระบบได้สำเร็จ ส่งผลดีต่อการพัฒนาประเทศและคุณภาพชีวิตของคนในชาติโดยรวม

แต่อย่างประเทศไทยที่มีเศรษฐกิจนอกระบบมากราวๆ 45% ของ GDP เป็นอันดับ 8 ของโลกนั้น ถือว่ามีเศรษฐกิจนอกระบบใหญ่มาก สูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยโลก และสูงกว่าเกือบทุกประเทศในเอเชีย

โดยเมื่อคำนวณจาก GDP ไทยที่มีมูลค่าราวๆ 18 ล้านล้านบาทแล้ว จะพบว่าเศรษฐกิจนอกระบบไทยน่าจะมีมูลค่ามากถึง 8.1 ล้านล้านบาทเลยทีเดียว

ขนาดของเศรษฐกิจนอกระบบที่ใหญ่เกินไป นำมาสู่ปัญหาทางเศรษฐกิจในไทย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นปัญหาหนี้ครัวเรือนที่เกิดจากแรงงานนอกระบบที่มีมากถึง 50% ของแรงงานทั้งหมดไม่สามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งทุนในระบบได้จน นำไปสู่การกู้นอกระบบสร้างวรจรหนี้ไม่รู้จบ ขยายช่องว่างความเหลื่อมล้ำ

การศึกษานี้ใช้เทคนิค MR ขั้นสูงหลายวิธี รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ Inverse Variance Weighted (IVW) การถดถอย MR Egger และแนวทาง Weighted Median วิธีการเหล่านี้ควบคุมผลกระทบแบบ pleiotropic ซึ่งยีนหนึ่งมีผลต่อลักษณะหลายอย่าง จึงทำให้ผลลัพธ์มีความน่าเชื่อถือมากขึ้น แนวทางที่เข้มงวดนี้ทำให้ผู้วิจัยสรุปได้ว่า GERD อาจส่งผลกระทบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่อหลอดเลือดหัวใจ โดยเฉพาะความดันโลหิตและระดับไขมันในเลือด

ผลการศึกษาวิจัยที่น่าสนใจที่สุดประการหนึ่งคือ GERD มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ชัดเจนกับความดันโลหิตสูง นักวิจัยพบว่า GERD ที่คาดการณ์ไว้ทางพันธุกรรมมีความเชื่อมโยงกับความดันโลหิตซิสโตลิก (SBP) ที่สูงขึ้น (β = 0.053, P = 0.036) และความดันโลหิตไดแอสโตลิก (DBP) ที่สูงขึ้น (β = 0.100, P < 0.001) ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่า GERD อาจทำให้ความดันโลหิตสูงขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยเสี่ยงสำคัญต่อโรคหัวใจและโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง

จากการศึกษาพบว่ากรดไหลย้อนมีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับคอเลสเตอรอลไลโปโปรตีนความหนาแน่นต่ำ (LDL) ที่เพิ่มขึ้น (β = 0.093, P < 0.001) และไตรกลีเซอไรด์ (β = 0.153, P < 0.001) ซึ่งทั้งสองอย่างนี้เกี่ยวข้องกับความเสี่ยงต่อโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือดที่สูงขึ้น ในทางกลับกัน กรดไหลย้อนมีความสัมพันธ์แบบผกผันกับคอเลสเตอรอลไลโปโปรตีนความหนาแน่นสูง (HDL) (β = -0.115, P = 0.002) ซึ่งมักถูกมองว่าเป็นคอเลสเตอรอล "ดี" ที่ช่วยป้องกันโรคหัวใจ

จะยอมให้ประเทศไทยเป็นอู่ฮั่นสองหรือไม่?

มหันตภัยเกิดจากการนำไวรัสจากค้างคาวและสัตว์ป่าออกมาและมีการตัดต่อพันธุกรรม

การสืบสวนสอบสวนของ คณะกรรมาธิการ สภาคองเกรส สหรัฐ ซึ่งแถลงรายงานในวันที่ 5 ธันวาคม 2024
ได้สรุปถึงกำเนิดไวรัสโควิดเกิดจากมนุษย์ประดิษฐ์ จากข้อมูลตัวไวรัสเอง และ ที่เป็นไปไม่ได้จากธรรมชาติ ลักษณะการระบาด การไม่พบไวรัสโควิดในสัตว์ใด และสิ่งแวดล้อม ทั้งนี้โดยไม่มีหลักฐานใดที่ชี้บ่งว่าเป็นวิวัฒนาการตามปกติของไวรัสในสัตว์สู่คน จุดรั่วระบาดที่ลามไปทั่วโลกนั้นไม่ได้เกิดที่ตลาดสดอู่ฮั่น แต่ ชี้บ่งไปที่ สถาบันวิจัยไวรัสอู๋ฮั่น (WIV) จากความบกพร่องของห้องชีวะนิรภัยระดับสี่
นอกจากนั้นเป็นความร่วมมือขององค์กรสหรัฐ ฟาวซี และพวก ทั้งนี้ องค์กร พื้นฐานคือ เกตส์ gates foundation ในการ พัฒนาการสร้างไวรัสใหม่ที่ร้ายแรงกว่าเก่า ติดง่ายขึ้น แพร่ง่ายขึ้น ป่วยและตายมากขึ้น จนถึงติดคนสู่คนและให้แพร่ทางอากาศได้ โดยความรู้ในการสร้างไวรัสโคโรนามาจาก บาริค North Carolina ให้ ดร Shi
และให้ทุนหลายประเทศทั่วทุกทวีปรวมประเทศไทย ในการเก็บรวบรวมไวรัสจากค้างคาว และสัตว์ป่า โดยประกาศบังหน้าว่าเพื่อให้ถอดรหัสพันธุกรรมว่ามีความโน้มเอียงที่จะเกิดการระบาดหรือไม่ (predict) รวมทั้งเพื่อการพัฒนาวัคซีน และการรับมือ (preparedness and response) ในชื่อรวม one health และหาไวัสทั้งโลก global virome project
ทั้งนี้ทุนผ่านจากกระทรวงกลาโหมสหรัฐ DARPA DTRA USAID CDC เป็นต้น และ มีองค์กรผ่านเงิน EcoHealth alliance peter Daszak ไปยังประเทศไทยและอื่นๆ

รัฐบาลใหม่สหรัฐที่เข้ารับตำแหน่งในวันที่ 20 มกราคม 2025 ไปแล้ว ทำตามที่ประกาศ และเริ่ม รื้อองค์กรเหล่านี้ และจัดการผู้ต้องรับผิดชอบ และรวมถึงการสมคบร่วมมือให้สินบนระหว่างบริษัทยายักษ์ใหญ่กับองค์กรรัฐ รวม NIH NIAID FDA CDC เป็นต้น สถาบันวิชาการ วารสาร การแพทย์ นักวิจัย เครือข่ายที่จัดการเซ็นเซอร์ข้อมูลที่เป็นจริงป้ายสีให้เป็นเท็จ เช่น ชัวร์ก่อนค่อยแชร์ fact check และเครือของสำนักข่าว และ ตระหนักถึงผลกระทบมหาศาลต่อชีวิตและความพิการเนื่องจากวัคซีน ที่ไม่ได้มีประสิทธิภาพจริง อย่างที่ประกาศและไม่ได้ปลอดภัยจริง

หน่วยงาน ในประเทศไทยทั้งหมด ที่ยังคงหาไวรัสจากค้างคาวและสัตว์ป่า จนถึง ปัจจุบัน 2025 ต้องยุติกิจกรรมดังกล่าวโดย สิ้นเชิง ไม่ว่าเงินทุนจากต่างประเทศจะมากมายเพียงใดก็ตามหรือจะให้ประเทศไทยเป็นอู่ฮั่นสอง
และ จนกระทั่งถึงปัจจุบัน ยังมีการตั้งบุคคลต่างชาติ ที่มีการเปิดเผยว่ามีส่วนในการร่วมมือตัดต่อพันธุกรรมและกำเนิดโควิด ฝังตัวทำงานอยู่ในหน่วยงานองค์กรที่สำคัญของประเทศไทย

ศูนย์ วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพโรคอุบัติใหม่ สภากาชาดไทย ยุติการศึกษาวิจัยและยุติความร่วมมือกับองค์กรต่างประเทศ

ศูนย์ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์ความร่วมมือองค์การอนามัยโลกด้านค้นคว้าอบรมไวรัสสัตว์สู่คน ด้วยได้ทำการค้นหาไวรัสในค้างคาว ตั้งแต่ปี 2000 จาก องค์กรให้ทุนประเทศไทย คือ สกว แลเ สวทช และตั้งแต่ปี 2011 ได้รับทุนจากกระทรวงกลาโหมสหรัฐและหน่วยงานของเพนตากอน
ศูนย์ได้ประกาศยุติการทำงานดังกล่าวดังกล่าวเริ่มตั้งแต่ปี 2018 และเด็ดขาดในปี 2020 โดยแจ้งให้หน่วยงานสหรัฐรวมกระทั่งถึงองค์กรระหว่างประเทศทั้งหมดตั้งแต่ปี 2020 เป็นต้นมา ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากประเมินอันตรายที่ร้ายแรงอันอาจจะเกิดขึ้น ตั้งแต่การลงพื้นที่จนกระทั่งถึงในห้องปฏิบัติการและนำมาสู่การติดเชื้อในมนุษย์และแพร่ไปยังชุมชนจนเป็นโรคระบาดทั่วประเทศ ประกอบกับเงื่อนงำของการเกิดโควิด
อีกประการที่สำคัญก็คือในปี 2018 ก่อนเกิดโควิด และ 2019 เรื่อยมาจนถึง ตุลาคม2020 มีการประชุมจัดโดยองค์กร EcoHealth alliance และให้ศูนย์เป็นหน่วยงานของเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ EID SE Asia research collaboration hub (EID Search) ภายใต้ สถาบันสหรัฐ NIAID และ EcoHealth alliance ชื่อว่า CREID (Centre for Research in EID) ในการรวบรวมไวรัสจากค้างคาวและสัตว์ป่าโดยเฉพาะไวรัสในตระกูลโควิด ไวรัสในตระกูลอีโบล่าและไวรัสในตระกูลนิปาห์ สมองอักเสบและปอดบวมและอื่นๆจาก ไทย ลาว มาเลเซีย ซาราวัค เป็นต้น โดยให้มีการส่งตัวอย่างไปยังต่างประเทศและระบุว่าจะมีการตัดต่อพันธุกรรมเพื่อให้เข้ามนุษย์และก่อโรคได้จากหลอดทดลองและสัตว์ทดลองที่ปรับแต่งพันธุกรรมเหมือนมนุษย์ และมีรายละเอียดความสำเร็จของการสร้างไวรัสตัวใหม่ที่สามารถเข้ามามนุษย์ได้ดีขึ้นและก่อโรคได้แล้ว และเป็นที่มาที่ศูนย์ยุติความร่วมมืออย่างสิ้นเชิง
ไวรัสที่จะนำมาทดลองปรับแต่งนอกจากจะทำให้เข้ามามนุษย์และเกิดโรคแล้ว ประการสำคัญก็คือทำให้สามารถติดต่อจากคนสู่คนได้ และเป็นที่น่าสังเกตไวรัสหลายตัวนั้นสามารถแพร่ทางอากาศได้ รายละเอียดเหล่านี้ปรากฏขึ้นก่อนการระบาดของโควิดในปลายปี 2019

เหตุการณ์และหลักฐาน ยังปรากฏ ในบทความหนังสือพิมพ์ วอชิงตันโพสต์ โดยนักข่าว สืบสวน David Willman (investigative journalist รางวัลพูลิตเซอร์ ) ในวันที่ 10 เมษายน 2023 เป็นการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากหลายหน่วยงาน หลายประเทศ รวมทั้งจากศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพโรคโรคอุบัติใหม่ ที่ยุติการรวบรวมตัวอย่างจากสัตว์ป่าและค้างคาว ถือว่าการหาเชื้อในคนถือเป็นเรื่องสำคัญที่สุดมากกว่าการหาไวรัสที่ไม่รู้จัก ที่จะมาคาดคะเนว่าจะเข้ามามนุษย์และจะเกิดโรคระบาดหรือไม่ รวมทั้งมีความเสี่ยงอันตรายสูงสุดในการนำเชื้อจากสัตว์เข้ามามนุษย์ ในขั้นตอนต่างๆ ตั้งแต่การลงพื้นที่เก็บตัวอย่าง การขนส่งตัวอย่าง และการปฎิบัติในห้องแลป รวมทั้งโอกาสที่จะได้รับไวรัสทั้งๆที่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันตัวอาจไม่ครบถ้วนและในประวัติที่ผ่านมา มีเจ้าหน้าที่ทั้งห้องปฏิบัติการของศูนย์และของหน่วยงานสัตว์ป่าถูกค้างคาวกัด

จากการประกาศจุดยืนชัดเจน และยุติกิจกรรม
ใน วันที่ 22 กรกฎาคม 2023 หน่วยงานอิสระของรัฐบาลสหรัฐ U.S. government accountability office (GAO) ที่ไม่ขึ้นกับพรรคการเมืองใดๆ และทำหน้าที่ ในการตรวจสอบ การทำงานของหน่วยงานของสหรัฐในเรื่องการใช้งบประมาณรวมทั้งงบที่ให้ต่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษาหาไวรัสจากสัตว์ป่าและค้างคาวได้ติดต่อ ศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพโรคอุบัติใหม่ และศาสตราจารย์นายแพทย์ธีระวัฒน์ ในฐานะ program leader ที่ได้ทุนจาก สหรัฐ และ เพนตากอนในประเด็นว่าได้ประโยชน์หรือไม่ในการคาดคะเนว่าจะเกิดโรคอุบัติใหม่ ได้ประโยชน์หรือไม่ในการพัฒนาการเตรียมพร้อมและรับมือสำหรับโรคอุบัติใหม่ รวมถึงมีการการถ่ายทอดความรู้และเทคโนโลยีหรือไม่ มีความเสี่ยงหรือไม่ในการค้นหาไวรัสจากสัตว์ป่าดังกล่าวในการที่จะได้รับเชื้อเข้ามาในมนุษย์ เข้ามาในห้องปฏิบัติการและกระจายออกสู่ชุมชนหรือไม่ และมีความพร้อมเพียงใดในการป้องกันทางชีวภาพในระดับบุคคลและห้องปฏิบัติการและการบริหารเมื่อเกิดมีบุคลากรเกิดความผิดปกติเกิดขึ้นหรือไม่

ทางศูนย์ สามารถสรุปได้ว่าการค้นหาไวรัสใหม่นั้นไม่เกิดประโยชน์ในการคาดคะเนการเกิดโรคอุบัติใหม่และไม่ได้รับการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและความรู้รวมทั้งเปิดเผยความเสี่ยงสูงสุดในขั้นตอนต่างๆในการปฏิบัติ และมาตรการในการรับมือกับการหลุดเล็ดรอดของเชื้อจะเป็นด้วยความยากมากในสถานภาพปัจจุบัน และ เป็นเหตุผลสำคัญ ในการต้องทำหลายตัวอย่างไวรัสทั้งหมด
นอกจากนั้นข้อที่ต้องปฏิบัติ ตามพระราชบัญญัติเชื้อโรคและพิษจากสัตว์ ปี 2558 กรณีที่เกิดความเสียหายเกิดขึ้น นั่นก็คือ การรั่วไหลจากห้องปฏิบัติการหรือจากห้องเก็บตัวอย่างและเกิดความเสียหายมีการติดเชื้อ ผู้รับผิดชอบซึ่งก็คือผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการหรือหัวหน้าศูนย์จะต้องได้รับโทษตามหมวดเก้าและหมวด 10 ของพระราชบัญญัติตามประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา โดยมีตั้งแต่ การจำคุก สองปีถึง 10 ปีและปรับ จากหลักแสนเป็นหลักหลายล้าน หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ ตามลักษณะของความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้น

• หน่วยงานในประเทศไทย คณะแพทย์ศาสตร์จุฬาหน่วยงานกาชาดรวมทั้งมหาวิทยาลัยอื่น ยังได้รับทุนต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ที่ศูนย์ยุติบทบาทและทำลายไวรัสทั้งหมด แม้กระทั่งในปัจจุบันเริ่มจากในปี 2024 มีการผ่านให้ทุนจาก CDC มาไทย หลายหน่วยงาน โดยยังมีการเก็บไวรัสจากค้างคาวโดยเน้น โคโรนา นิปาห์ อีโบลา และอ้างว่าจะไม่มีการส่งตัวอย่างออกนอกประเทศ แต่ทั้งนี้ด้วยการพัฒนาการสร้างไวรัสสามารถทำได้โดยเลือกไวรัสที่มีรหัสพันธุกรรมตรงกับแบบที่มีในดาต้าเบสและทำการตัดต่อได้ให้ห้องทดลอง ดังที่ประสบความสำเร็จในการสร้างไวรัสโควิด มาแล้ว

ที่หาย ไปจากห้องชีวะนิรภัยระดับสี่ของออสเตรเลียนั้น อาจไม่ต้องตกใจมากเท่ากับ สิ่งที่ยังทำในประเทศไทยที่มีความเสี่ยงในการติดเชื้อกันเองระหว่างปฏิบัติการแพร่ไปให้ครอบครัวและชุมชนและต่อเนื่องไประดับประเทศและระดับโลก.

DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) เป็นหน่วยงานวิจัยของกระทรวงกลาโหมสหรัฐอเมริกา โดยมีหน้าที่ในการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ ที่สามารถนำมาใช้ในการป้องกันประเทศ กำลังเริ่มขั้นตอนสุดท้ายของโครงการ NOM4D (Novel Orbital and Moon Manufacturing, Materials, and Mass Efficient Design) โดยเปลี่ยนจากการทดสอบในห้องทดลองมาเป็นการสาธิตในวงโคจรขนาดเล็ก วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการนี้คือการพัฒนาวัสดุและเทคนิคการประกอบใหม่ ๆ ในอวกาศ เพื่อสร้างโครงสร้างขนาดใหญ่และมีประสิทธิภาพมากกว่าที่เคยทำได้

หนึ่งในความท้าทายหลักในการก่อสร้างในอวกาศคือข้อจำกัดด้านขนาดและน้ำหนักของโครงสร้างที่สามารถนำขึ้นไปในจรวด โครงการ NOM4D มีแนวทางใหม่โดยการใช้วัสดุน้ำหนักเบาที่จะถูกนำขึ้นไปในจรวดเพื่อประกอบในอวกาศ ซึ่งช่วยให้สามารถสร้างโครงสร้างที่ใหญ่ขึ้นและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นได้

ในโครงการนี้ Caltech ได้ร่วมมือกับ Momentus เพื่อแสดงเทคโนโลยีการประกอบหุ่นยนต์อัตโนมัติบนยาน Momentus Vigoride Orbital Services Vehicle ซึ่งจะถูกส่งขึ้นไปในอวกาศโดยจรวด SpaceX Falcon 9 ในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2026 โครงสร้างที่จะสร้างขึ้นมีเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 1.4 เมตร ทำจากวัสดุคอมโพสิตไฟเบอร์น้ำหนักเบา ซึ่งจะจำลองสถาปัตยกรรมของช่องเปิดเสาอากาศ ซึ่งเป็นขั้นตอนสำคัญในการสร้างโครงสร้างขนาดใหญ่ในอวกาศ

ในขณะเดียวกัน มหาวิทยาลัยอิลลินอยส์ เออร์บานา-แชมเปญ ได้พัฒนากระบวนการขึ้นรูปคอมโพสิตที่มีความแม่นยำสูงในอวกาศ ร่วมกับ Voyager Space และจะสาธิตเทคโนโลยีนี้บนสถานีอวกาศนานาชาติในเดือนเมษายน 2026 กระบวนการนี้ใช้วิธี "frontal polymerization" ที่ทำให้วัสดุคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์แข็งโดยไม่ต้องใช้เตาอุตสาหกรรมขนาดใหญ่ ซึ่งเป็นการบุกเบิกที่สามารถทำให้การก่อสร้างโครงสร้างในอวกาศเป็นไปได้

Yin Yang is the picture of 2 tigers appearing as a circle of Yin Yang on the front of the amulet coin.

The two tigers include the fifth tiger and the sixth tiger from the headless tiger yantra tattooing (magical tattoo) series of LP Chanai.

The fifth tiger is called Suea Kam Rab Pa (Tiger daunts the forest).

The sixth tiger is called Suea La Yuea (Tiger hunts the victim or the eternal life tiger).

The two tigers above represent the proactive and aggressive tigers and are ready to fight.


"Pa Ya Saming Yang Ton" is the Thai name of this amulet collection which can be described separately as:

Pa Ya = very big or head of the group

Saming = tiger or human transform to a tiger by spell
