This research delves into the feasibility of restructuring the cooperative supervision system in Thailand, focusing on the Cooperative Promotion Office and the Cooperative Audit Office under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.

The study employed a combination of documentary research and survey research to analyze the current system and explore potential changes in governance models. The findings indicate that transitioning to a more flexible and independent structure could enhance efficiency, knowledge transfer, and regulatory effectiveness.
