Millet basic cooking instruction...
Makes 3 or 4, 1-cup servings

Millet seeds 220g (1 cup)
Water 2 1/2 cups
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds 2 Tblspn
Nutritional yeast 2 Tblspn
Curry powder 2 Tspn
Moringa powder 3 Tspn
Coconut oil 3 Tspn

Bring water to boil,
add all ingredients.
Cook with low heat
for 25 to 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally, add
more water if necessary.

And serve with 2-3 soft boiled
egg yolks, 1/4 cup olive oil,
2 Tblspn beef tallow or ghee...
Steamed vegetables are optional.
