• Having total 18+ years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO), Center of Excellence (CoE), Service Delivery, SAP Support, Digital Project Management, Product (Design, Develop, Implement & Management),.Net Applications, Mobile Application, Customer Interaction, Pre-Sales, SAP Mobility, .Net, SQL.
• PMP® Certified Project Manager, Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management Certificate.
• Develop, Implement & Managed more than 20 Applications using different technologies. B2B & B2C App (with Integration of SAP & Non-SAP Applications)
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with strategically designing and implementing the software, debugging, fixing and maintaining the software.
• Experience in analyzing complex business requirements, creating relevant use cases, and process flow for architectural and conceptual analysis.
• Interact and update all the project team, stakeholders and customers on project update on regular basis.
• Conduct and Mandate, Scrum methodology in team with strictly following all ceremonies.
• Extensive experience in Product Management, People Management, Mobility (Android, iOS and Windows), Client Server Applications, Product Development, Product Support, Team Management, Documentation, Training and Knowledge transfer.
